Corteva Agriscience is seeking an Innovation Management, Resource and Capital Planning Leader to join our Biotechnology Operations team. The leader will be responsible for Innovation management, budget and capital planning and coordination across Biotech functions. Additionally, the Innovation Management, Resource and Capital Planning Leader will serve as a liaison to the R&D Innovation Management and R&D Capital teams.

What You'll Do:

• Point of contact for Innovation Management (annual planning/innovation management/capacity harmonization) across the Biotech.
• Ensuring efficient and effective translation of programmatic and functional budgets
• Managing stakeholder expectations and driving alignment, as needed. Analyzes and resolves material resource (MR) updates, coordinates with labs for MR rates, lab capacity, and demand/capacity reconciliation.
• Provide translation between different resources to and from the Innovation Management team for demand and capacity reconciliation across Biotech functions.
• Determination and aligning the biotech planning rate for resource planning.
• Facilitate the annual planning/innovation management process for the biotech function.
• Lead Biotech Run & Maintain capital pool and annual 5-Year Capital Planning.
• Coordinate capital requests with all Biotech subgroups for consolidation of requests, helps with ordering of Capital items, generate cash flow projections, and coordinate with R&D Capital team for PO/PR/PACER requests.
• Drives preparation of Capital project business cases, scoping and development for biotech. Preparation of gate reviews etc.
• Coordination with R&D Capital and Growth execution leader for continued strategic alignment/prioritization.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

BS Accounting/Finance/Business/Project Management (MBA a plus) or related education and experience.

• Experience with project management or six sigma concepts and methodologies.
