Our ink is manufactured in-house at our Brighton, MI facility with only the highest quality ingredients.

Role

Join Eternal Ink as a full-time career-oriented Blender / Production Associate. Based out of our Brighton, MI location. Our Production Associate - Blender will assist in moving raw materials, mix pigments per formulas guidelines, and aid the Mixologist by performing required tasks to create the best tattoo pigment in the world.

What you’ll be doing

· Pick and pull raw materials needed per formula.

· Assist the Mixologist in mixing raw materials to achieve the highest level of quality tattoo pigments.

· Assist the team in record keeping and updates.

· Support production with timely batches.

· Help support R&D dept with different requests.

· Ensure all safety and health standards are met.

· Communicate and collaborate regularly with production team and management on current and new products.

· Maintain efficient workflow procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality

· Any other required tasks within the production dept.

Is this role for you?

· Formal art/color theory education or experience

· Pigment Mixing experience

· Color perception and color matching skills (Munsel Hue Color Test)

· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

· Must be physically able to stand for extended periods of time

· Excellent organization skills with ability to manage priorities

· Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

· Clear communication

· XRite knowledge
