Job Type: Contract

$70 dollar per hour (BCBA) per hour based on experience, qualifications, and funding source.

Behavior Modification Solutions is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy agency which specializes in providing caring and effective direction for exceptional children and their families. We are in search of motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is inspired to serve children diagnosed with autism or other related disorders within the home, school and/or natural environment community settings.

Location: Tampa, FL (St. Petersburg through Brooksville, FL North)

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional behavior assessments
• Develop, implement and monitor behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans
• Perform skill assessments (ABLL's/AFLS's/VB-MAPP)
• Provide direct one on one instruction to BCBA's, BCaBA's, and RBT's as needed
• Complete progress reports
• Graph and analyze data
• Conduct support staff, parent and teacher training
• Oversight and direct behavioral support team
• Recruit Clients and Staff of Region to develop quality growth
• Supervise BCBA's. BCaBA's, and RBT's within your Region

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst within minimum 3 years experience in the field
• Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory capacity
• Florida Medicaid Credentialed/Approved
• Approved by the BACB to provide Supervision to RBT's and BCaBA's.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior challenges.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism is preferred:

Compensation and Benefits:

• 70 dollars per hour depending on funding source
