We are looking for a Bookkeeper to work for one of our clients, a general contractor firm, located in Eastern Long Island, NY.
This is a permanent, full-time job.
In this role you will be responsible for providing bookkeeping support for inbound and outbound material orders
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an AR or dual AR/AP position and working knowledge of QuickBooks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily AR and AP data entry for weekly maintenance in customer billing cycles.
- Maintaining all inbound and outbound material order lists for payment allocation.
- Document, track and maintain material tickets for appropriate cost allocations.
- Maintain a paper trail of all inbound and outbound orders across multiple spreadsheets.
- Perform multiple match backs and associated bill backs, as needed.
- Maintain accurate data, while upholding the company confidentiality practices.
- Assist in reporting data collection.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
