To support the Office Manager by maintaining accurate financial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Good communication skills will be applied with customers and vendors in a professional manner.
Outcomes
1. Maintain accurate and current Accounts Payable balances.
2. Communicate with customers via phone and email to collect outstanding Accounts Receivable balances.
3. Monitor Accounts Receivable and process customer payments when necessary.
4. Ensure data accuracy between QuickBooks and Sales Force.
5. Create invoices for customer projects.
6. Collect receipts from employees and reconcile credit card statements.
7. Support company mission of Pursuing an Exceptional Employee and Customer experience.
8. Help to maintain company’s 4.9 Star Google rating by providing professional communication with customers.
9. Audit monthly statements from vendors.
10. Update and maintain customer records in CRM.
11. Collaborate with Production Manager and Sales Manager to create and send change orders to customers.
12. Assist Sales Manager and Office Manager in reconciling commission reports.
13. Work with third party bookkeeping firm to ensure timely receipt of invoices and receipts.
14. Monitor inventory of office supplies and order as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
