Applicant must live within a 40 mile radius of Yorkville, Illinois and be available by phone between 7 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday. Candidate must have extensive experience and be fluent in QuickBooks and general bookkeeping. We are looking for someone who is very reliable and has a strong work ethic. The candidates daily activities will involve payroll, invoicing, phone calls with the owner, strategizing, and various projects that are fun and rewarding due to the innovation they involve. We are looking for a new team member to continue to grow with us. You will succeed here with a very strong work ethic, humor and discipline.

Candidate must have a good knowledge of QuickBooks. Candidate has to have a proven history of experience in invoicing, insurance and payroll. They will have to be able to multi-task with company financials throughout the day and communicate effectively with team members in the field. They have to be available by phone during the day as information is commonly needed quickly. This role requires the ability to openly and clearly communicate on a daily basis with the owner and sometimes the team members in the field. This role will require high level writing and speaking skills and report to the President only.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll.
  • Invoicing to clients.
  • ISNetworld facilitation and assistance.
  • Manage financials.
  • Onboarding documentation for new employees.
  • Be available by phone with the ability to create quick turnarounds on information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Education:

  • Associate (Required)

Experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)
  • Billing and payroll: 4 years (Required)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
