At the Hilton Axis Hotel in Moline, Our friendly and attentive Breakfast Server helps provide exceptional guest service and customer care in our restaurant and/or during event functions hosted by the property.

· Greets guests and remains attentive to the customers throughout the entire dining experience, adhering to or exceeding service standards as established by the restaurant.

· Prepare checks and post payments

· Carry out cashiering functions in closing checks

· Remove dishware from tables/counters during the dining experience as well as at the end; take them to the kitchen for washing

· Set-up buffet service area before shift / takes down the buffet after shift

· Completes all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed.

· Maintains cleanliness standards in restaurant, and kitchen service area. Maintain a clean, presentable, facility to satisfy state and local health board requirements.

· Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working.

· Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.

· Stock and maintain the serving area during hours of operation to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

· Properly store food to conform to health standards.

· Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm professional manner

· Understanding of hotel products and guest services

· Prepare, serve, and clean up service area.

· Create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.

· Ensure that food safety standards are met, and appropriate levels of inventory and supplies are maintained.

· Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing a courteous, friendly, service attitude.

· Performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.

Part-time: Hours 12-15 hours a week Starting at $15.00/hr. plus tips.

Mornings 5:00am -11:00am and Weekends 6:00am - 12:00pm

*Weekend availability is required
