CASUAL, exclusive dealer of the Flexform and Paola Lenti showrooms in Miami is seeking for an efficient Business Developer to to improve our brand recognition and help boost our financial growths. This is an exciting opportunity to create action plans and sales strategies that will help up reach our growth initiatives — including new customer acquisition and client optimization. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a strong passion for design and sales.

As a Business Developer, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Identify and research new potential clients
• Develop client relationships
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
• Negotiate contract projects according to the top management
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Create and implement processes and policies to support the new business department
• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
• Track and report on the status of proposal components
• Conduct ongoing market research
• Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
• Prepare and submit sales contracts

What’s Required…

• Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Familiarity with the industry
• Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.)
• Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
• High-School Degree from an accredited institution.
• Ability to multi-task, work both independently and as a team player with sales colleagues.
• Motivation necessary for achieving or surpassing objectives
• Ability to work evenings, Saturdays and Holidays as part of a flexible and accommodating full-time 40-her-per-week schedule.
• Florida Driver’s License

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year + Commission
