Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is looking for BDC Agents
Our growing sales BDC is looking for positive attitude, well-spoken individuals to professionally care for our customers by responding to inbound internet, phone and text inquiries.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in a customer service or phone sales role. Bilingual is a plus. Shifts include mornings, evenings and Saturdays.
Requirements:
- Customer service or phone sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills including phone, email, text and chat
- Positive attitude
- Self-motivated while working within a team
- Organized, process and task oriented
- Drive to exceed customer expectations
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound Sales leads
- Make out bound phone calls approximately 60 per day
- Send 50 emails /text per day
- Follow up with all prospects until contact is made
- Utilize sales retention tools to set appointments
- Set and confirm all appointments
- Track all activities in our CRM
- Communicate with the Sales Team
