As a Business Development Representative, your key responsibilities will include:


  • Identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential clients within regulated industries (Education, Finance, Healthcare, GovCon, etc.) using outbound sales tactics and strategies.
  • Prospecting into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies
  • Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with potential clients to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs within the Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Application modernization sectors.
  • Achieving personal and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Collaborating with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve overall team performance.
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends and improve sales techniques.

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or related role.
  • Proficiency in outbound sales techniques and strategies.
