Role Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be working closely with the rest of the sales team, as well as marketing and customer success, to achieve our sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demos, and negotiating contracts
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and results
- Work closely with marketing to develop and qualify leads from targeted campaigns
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape in order to provide be able to differentiate Descope products
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an business development role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM software, sales automation tools, and other sales technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry or a related field is a plus
