SUMMARY:

Assist Account Managers with developing and growing value-added re-sellers and acting as technical subject matter expert for Drone Solutions. Support vendors in bringing their product(s) to market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical proficiency with drone vendors we sell (DJI, Autel, Sony, Teledyne FLIR)
• Handle inbound calls and emails regarding technical product questions and regulations
• Proactive outreach to potential customers to investigate and support potential new dealers
• Project based initiatives (examples):
  • DJI Dock Solution: Understand and promote to customers
  • L1/P1/U10 DJI payloads: Have a technical proficiency in these and be able to walk customers through troubleshooting
  • Autel Robotics Nest: Understand and promote to customers

• Assist with forecasting product demand and inventory needs
• Manage open quotes and generate growth reports for vendor partners.
• Learn and assist Drone Solutions BDM duties as necessary
• Help Exertis Almo AMs develop and grow value-added re-sellers and direct market response partners
• Provide technical assistance and consultation to specify UAS products to meet and exceed end user needs of operation.
• Attend trade shows to represent vendor partners’ products directly to their target re-sellers and end users.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3+ years of relevant industry experience
• FAA Part 107 Pilot License preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven track record of being customer-centric and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Ability to multi-task and exceed customer expectations and responsiveness
• Travel required to attend trade shows
