Qualifications:
- Previous 2 years' experience in sales or retail management (required)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Born leaders who can motivate, coach, influence, and inspire and who aren't afraid to have tough conversation
- Top performers who can set goals, prioritize work, analyze business performance, and delegate effectively
- Problem solvers who can think on their feet, bring people to compromise, and resolve conflict
- Good with people, building trust and confidence and developing positive relationships with employees, members, and guests
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a strong team of front desk sales associates
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Rally a team of caring professionals to deliver an excellent end-to-end experience to every guest
- Build relationships with a talented team of massage therapists, estheticians, and customer service superstars to guide, support, and inspire them
- Educate guest on wellness and self-care
- Drive retail sales and membership sales
- Build a high-achieving team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship
- Manage inventory
- Creating a strong workplace culture
- Model the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
