Our continually growing practice is seeking experienced Full-Time Customer Service Representatives. Relationships starts with our Call Center Team. Our Customer Service Representatives are the voice of our organization.
The Call Center is the first point of contact for patients, helping them understand our services, why we are different, preparing them for their first visit so they can experience an elevated level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy phone work
- Efficiently answer patient inquiries by providing general information, scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling their appointments, etc. via phone
- Document all accounts, update patient demographics, and create medical records
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism and quality customer service
- Educate new patients on our services, insurance policies, hours of operation, locations and other questions that may arise
- Follow-up with inbound leads in a timely manner
- Guide new patients with forms and other inquiries before their first appointment
- Follow-up with new patients to who have missed or cancelled an appointment
- Resolve new patient concerns and questions prior to their first appointment
- Interact with patients over the phone in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct calls to appropriate area on multi-line system
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential issues
- Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or a call center is required.
- Healthcare background is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Must have a positive, welcoming, and a professional demeanor
- Must be a doer, go getter, and team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule --up to 8pm daily (weekdays) and nearly every other weekend
- HS Diploma /GED a MUST
- Bilingual Spanish Required
