Saint Paul Diocesan Jr/Sr High School seeks an energetic, confident, adaptive, and faith-filled individual to serve our growing school community as a Campus Minister.A Campus Minister is called to make available to the Saint Paul school community opportunities for worship, retreat, service, and pastoral counseling. Reporting to the Principal, the Campus Minister shall provide appropriate support of formation programming as directed by the Principal, working within a team construct with both the Principal and school Chaplain.This is a full-time position and compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.Founded in 2020, Saint Paul Diocesan Junior/Senior High School is a co-educational, multicultural, faith-filled Catholic Community rooted in God's love and the Joy of the Gospel. Together, we form our minds, hearts, and souls in pursuit of excellence by seeking to develop the whole person. Conscious of Jesus' message that lasting happiness is found in love of God and neighbor, we strive to grow intellectually, spiritually, and morally in light of the great Catholic intellectual tradition.

As the newest and largest Catholic, co-educational, regional junior/senior high school of Worcester County, Saint Paul is an educational ministry sponsored and operated by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Worcester. The responsibilities of the Campus Minister shall include: Promoting the mission, vision, and values of the School, Diocese, and Church.Assisting in the implementation and supervision of formation programming.Serving as a standard-bearer in creating a faith-centered learning community.Facilitating the design, preparation, and implementation of school liturgies, retreats, and other spiritual development programs.Supervising the Campus Ministry Center.Working with stakeholders in support of the spiritual well-being of community members.Other responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications/Abilities: A practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.An enthusiasm for young people and Catholic education.The ability to teach.Availability for evening / weekend events.Field-specific bachelors degree (advanced degree preferred).Ability to work in a team setting.Ability to manage and empower peer ministers, colleagues, and volunteersOrdinarily, the Campus Minister shall carry a school schedule of two teaching sections, four Campus Ministry resource periods, and a professional period.Review of applications will begin immediately and the position will remain open until filled.
