Job Summary


Charles River Labs is seeking a Candidate Experience Associate for our Microbial Solutions site located in Charleston, SC.


This position is Monday - Friday and is located in the office onsite.


Job Summary


As a Candidate Experience Associate, you will take the lead in high-volume, entry-level recruitment activities from end to end.


Responsibilities


  • Effectively partner with HR business partners, hiring managers, and other site leaders to attract top-tier talent into our entry level, internship, and co-op programs.
  • You will establish and maintain productive relationships with targeted local high schools, universities, and community colleges.
  • Take the lead in organizing the logistics, process, and format of on-site rapid hire events inclusive of same day offer process, launching backgrounds and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Establish credibility and remain engaged with hiring managers and senior management to stay abreast of Enhanced Interview Process, which includes same day offer & drug screening needs and impact on the business; document number of interviews and hires monthly.

Job Qualifications


  • Minimum 1-year related experience in Talent Acquisition, Project Management and/or Training.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred or a combination of a high school diploma with 2 years of applicable experience required.
  • Ability to effectively present to small and large groups; utilizing technology as needed.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Skilled at planning and prioritizing work activities; able to easily adapt as goals, priorities, and role responsibilities may change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using an ATS, internet job boards, networking, and social media.
