What you will do in thisrole:
- Provides criteria for evaluation of the Radiologic Technologistworking in a staff position.
- Assigned to the Cardiac Cath Lab cares for adult and geriatricpatients.
- Responsible for assisting the R.N. in assessing, planning,implementing, and evaluating the care of the Cath Lab patient.
Education:
- Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology
Qualifications:
- Educational requirements appropriate for meeting age-specific needs of patients assigned to the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- ARRT and Radiology Technologist – Texas Department of Health
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification
- Previous experience in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
- Current registration with ARDMS in Abdomen preferred.
- Current registration with RVS and Vascular preferred.
- Current licensure by the Texas Department of Health is preferred (MRT).
