Successful Candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Will have previous client/patient care experience (1 year preferred).
- Has the ability to work with a diverse population comfortably.
- Thrives in changing and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to adapt and present professionally.
- Skills and knowledge with ADL and IADL care.
- Proficient in diverse methods of bathing.
- Ability to assist with hygienic tasks.
- Proficiently understands and demonstrates proper transfer techniques.
- Understands the aging process and basic understanding of diseases.
- Will have a vehicle, auto insurance, and driver license.
- Clean DMV record and no criminal history.

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish open communication with seniors, their families, and office staff.
- Assist clients with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, ambulation, transfers
- Personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services
- Companionship and friendship for seniors and loved ones
- Medication reminders
- Balanced Care training that helps incorporate a holistic approach to enhance the lives of seniors
TheKey is strongly considering candidates with previous experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions.
