General Summary
The Carryout Associate assists the store manager in the overall store operations and the achievement of company goals and directives. Duties include but are not limited to the following.
Customer Service
- Provide positive representation of the store.
- Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store.
- Assist customers in moving, loading, and unloading of products within and outside of the store.
- Ensure all calls and pages are answered promptly, courteously and effectively.
- Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of all departments.
- Assist with stocking of merchandise.
- Assist with maintenance of back stock levels.
- Lead by example; be approachable by all associates and customers.

- Requires standing, walking, lifting and climbing. Ability to lift 20 to 40 lbs frequently and even more occasionally.
- Must be willing and able, with training provided, to operate all company equipment including but not limited to fork lift trucks, pallet jacks, platform lifts, store delivery trucks, computers, phones, and headsets.
