A Full-time Case Management Supervisor is needed for our Keyser office . A Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service Field is required and one or more years of experience with I/DD Wavier. Duties include supervision of home and community based case management services. Within this framework plans, organizes, coordinates, evaluates and supervises the staff and activities of case management services in accordance with Federal, State and Agency regulations, standards and guidelines.
