- You are innovative and bring strategy in assessing client experience, results, and how to improve and increase client retention and referrals.
- You have strong experience with Project Management tools and CRM's.
- You have previous knowledge of legal or other professional service organizations; Significant experience in managing business operations such as human resources, technology, finance, and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Systems & Operational Process Refinement.
- Create, implement, and maintain the firm's policies and procedures.
- Train staff on all policies and procedures, linking compliance with the same to Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- Create an internal audit system to trigger red flags when policies and procedures are not followed correctly so that we catch any errors proactively.
- Refine and maintain the firm's technology infrastructure to minimize waste and maximize internal efficiencies.
- Evaluate all legal and non-legal personnel around Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and make recommendations to the owner regarding their work assignments, salaries, bonuses, and discipline.
- Collaborate with the owners on the firm's overall business, and marketing plan and help grow the firm's top-line revenue.
· Planning around people and management; understanding how to lean into the staff to inspire, motivate and drive results.
- Hold team leaders accountable for the execution of goals and the growth and profitability of their teams.
- Analyzes and recommends direction to the Partners for increased profitability and growth.
Compensation:
Compensation varies based on experience and other factors. The base wage for this position is between 175k-225k.

The annual cost of living increases, bonuses, birthday lunches, holiday parties, and picnics. We have season tickets to the New Jersey Devils if you love hockey!
