Responsibilities

Unloading boxes of up to 47lbs from the conveyor belt according to size and stacking them onto pallets in correct pattern; reaching above the shoulder to stack boxes; ensuring box traffic runs smoothly; forceful pulling/pushing to unstick boxes from the line when they get jammed; replenishing pallets as needed; bending over to pick fruit off the ground and maintaining a clean work area; assist with the sanitation of the facility which requires the use of proper tools and chemicals, kneeling, walking, bending, and repetitive hand movements; work the entirety of the shift on feet.

• Must be comfortable doing repetitive movement

• Stacking boxes up to 6 ft hight onto pallets

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working up to 20 hrs of overtime per week
