Role Overview:

• You’ll be selling residential solar directly to our ideal client base.
• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential and commercial properties to generate leads for solar energy solutions
• Weekly team meetings and training provided.
• Unlimited room for career growth and advancement.
• Provide world class “after-sale services” including courtesy calls and site visits.

Compensation:

• Commission Based
• Average earnings for salespeople fall between 78K - 127K/ year

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proven track record of success in door-to-door sales or a related field
• Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
• Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
• Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
• Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
• Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed
