JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Perform clean up duties over entire mill site and all departments
• Mow grass, push wheelbarrow, shovel sawmill refuse, including chips, bark, sawdust, cants boards, etc.
• Operate bobcat, chain saw, caterpillar, etc.
• Clean bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, etc., as needed
• Assist co-workers, as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Showing a willingness and flexibility to perform various job assignments that may change daily

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning, decision-making and organizational skills
• Must have the ability to learn all required duties
• Must know how to follow directions
• Must be able to work unsupervised
• Quick learner

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have good attendance and safety record
• Experience working in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment
