Part of Lithia Motors, Driveway is looking for customer-centric and sales-minded individuals interested in the modern-day car sales environment.

• · $20 hourly with full benefits after 30 days.
• · Must be able to work On-Site at our Medford headquarters
• · Schedule: 4-DAY WORK WEEK !!! Sunday through Wednesday_ 10am to 9pm Thursday, Friday & Saturday-Off_

What you’ll do

No experience necessary! Just a passion for creating an amazing customer experience!

As a Client Advisor you are responsible for assisting customers basic questions, and to develop leads for Driveway.

• • Respond to Driveway.com Chat customers within 2 minutes of initiation
• • Maintain presence on chat throughout shift
• • Proficiency with all departmental documents, language, training and processes related to CRM and Lead Management
• • Proficiency with store and department processes, CRM’s, chat platform and phone systems
• • Assist departments and customers promptly, professionally, and consistently. All communications must be clear, concise, and documented.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
