At Beavercreek Marketing, we are a quickly growing marketing consulting and content creation firm in Central Nebraska, working exclusively with Financial Institutions to meet their marketing needs. This position involves working with bank and credit union clients to gather information about their services, and apply that information to their digital marketing tools.

Job Description

A Client Coordinator serves as the day-to-day project coordinator for their specific set of clients. They oversee the project workflow, as well as, provide information and guidance to other departments within Beavercreek Marketing to deliver digital marketing solutions for each client.

  • Communicating project expectations and goals with clients and internal teams.
  • Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that promote positive working relationships.
  • Self-direction and an ability to work effectively with a minimal level of supervision.
  • Critical thinking skills: analyzing needs and requests for appropriateness and feasibility, making timely and accurate decisions, applying knowledge and experience to non-routine situations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize assignments to maintain and balance multiple project schedules at once.

  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
