Founded in 2001, US Money Reserve is one of the nation's largest distributors of U.S. Government issued Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium Coins. The Phoenix division specializes in assisting customers with purchasing precious metals in Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA).
About Position
This is an in-office position only.
Work fluidly through internal, IRS and financial institutions processes including Transaction Documentation, Customer & Data Entry, and the tasks attached to retirement account transactions, with a high attention to detail. Ability to work at a fast pace through our systems, interfacing with customers and completing all required tasks. Complete daily work as it comes, so every day starts new. Keep up with sales’ pace as we are the department to support them through completing IRA transactions and updating internal databases, order processing and follow-up, including email communication throughout the day.
Standard hours will be Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm (hours could vary). However, daily tasks must be completed before departing at the end of each day. Overtime will frequently be required. Occasional weekend shifts will also be required as dictated by the advertising schedule and the Sales Department.
Average first-year expected income is between $100k and $200k following a comprehensive paid six-week training program.
This position is salary + commission. Base salary = $60,000 - $75,000, based on experience.
Responsibilities
· Speak directly with customers and their financial custodians to confirm the accuracy and completeness of all Transaction Documentation
· Confirm customers’ understanding of our company policies and recommendations
· Follow up with the customer as needed throughout the transaction process
· Document customer interaction and make notations to customer records
· Customer entry & order processing across multiple software systems
· Customer account review and correction/adjusting upon request
· Handle order inquiries from account executives, managers and customers
· Maintain current review of incoming emails
Education
· High School Diploma (or equivalent)
· College degree preferred (not required)
· 3-5 years of work experience in an administrative or transactional role
Qualifications
· Proficient record keeping
· Experience with Retirement Plans would be a Plus
· Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
· High computer literacy
Skills
· Exceptional computer skills. Ability to toggle between multiple systems to complete tasks in a timely manner
· Ability to focus and multi-task with competing distractions in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent reading and interpretation skills
· Excellent voice and professional phone etiquette
· Strong attention to detail, while maintaining focus on overall quality

Compensation
$60,000 - 75,000/yr. (based on experience) + discretionary bonus
