Reflex is a specialty medical clinic providing non-surgical treatments for knee pain. We are seeking someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to join our growing team. In this position, you will be working directly with our patients to help make sure they have an outstanding patient experience and will be helping coordinate their care.

We are looking for a candidate who can make at minimum a 2-year commitment.
- Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet patients at the front desk as they enter the clinic
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Prepare treatment rooms and escort patients into rooms
- Take payments for supplements, braces, and treatments, along with copays
- Build personal relationships with our patients
- Follow up with patients that have been recommended treatment
- Cross-training in clinical skills such as sterile fields, setting up for procedures, creating medical charts, and assisting during appointments
- Educating patients regarding their diagnosis and making sure they understand their diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and helping them get the care they need.
- Image uploads, filing, clinic laundry (washing towels used in procedures)
- Answering phones
- Administrative tasks (e.g., inputting data, creating reports)
- All other duties assigned by management
Skills We are Looking For:

- Someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about helping people break out of pain and lead more active and fulfilling lives
- Two or more years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience
- Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.

- Highly Organized
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hard work ethic
- Being a team player, supporting colleagues through teamwork
- Able to give a commitment of 2 years minimum.
Preferred Education & Experience (but not necessary to apply)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel
- 2-3 years of work experience is preferred, especially in customer service
