We are hiring for an Executive Director position. Candidates must have clinical license and experience, as well as management experience in the sector. Must be familiar with NJAC regulations, IOP/OP, MAT, co-occurring, drug court. This position relies heavily on technology and telehealth, applicants lacking a strong familiarity with technology and telehealth need not apply.

Position: Executive Clinic Director

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a healthcare facility to ensure quality care and services are provided to patients for both inpatient and outpatient.
  • Evaluate staff productivity levels and allocate resources accordingly to improve efficiency and customer service.
  • Develop goals for the department to increase productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, medical facilities, and other referral sources to promote growth and maintain relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies to ensure quality management and patient safety.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on current practices and regulations.
  • Manage financial aspects of the facility, including revenue cycle, payroll, and budgeting.

Job Duties:

  • Provide oversight and direction to the healthcare facility.
  • Manage daily activities, staff, inventory, and facility maintenance.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues related to employees, physicians, or patients.
  • Develop and revise standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Monitor performance and facilitate staff development.
  • Control expenses in accordance with budgetary guidelines.
  • Ensure a safe environment for staff and patients.
  • Manage schedules for physicians and staff.
  • Oversee billing and finance for the facility.
  • Conduct interviews and onboard new staff.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.
  • Utilize data to respond to business and patient needs.
  • Develop and deliver training and procedures.
  • Conduct quality improvement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration/Management, Business, Healthcare, or other related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare management.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and software applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Skilled with technology, including telehealth.
  • LCADC at a minimum.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
