Clinical Program Director - RTC Job at Evolve Treatment Centers

At Evolve Treatment Centers, we provide the highest caliber of behavioral health care for adolescents 12 to 17 years old struggling with mental health or substance abuse issues.
If you have been a licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psychologist for at least 2 years and are looking to direct a program that you can make your own, this is the role for you! The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the management, quality assurance, safety and operation of all aspects of program. This position includes providing supervision to a small and intimate clinical and support staff.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Clinical Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of quality of care, safety and operation of the 6-bed residential program
- Train staff on evidenced based practices, such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing
- Develop client goals and objectives; Lead team in the design and implementation of appropriate plans to meet agreed-upon goals
- Conduct regular meetings with program staff to provide clinical supervision in resolving complex case problems and conduct in-service training
- Review client treatment plans to promote optimal quality and continuity of care
- Model effective behavior and conflict resolution
- Monitor all clinical documentation and treatment plans for Utilization Review
- Oversee day-to-operations to ensure program is in compliance with licensing regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, and retain program staff by overseeing training and development
- Identify staff development needs and support appropriate training
- Ensure objectives for professional growth and development of clinical personnel are met by providing leadership and counsel
- Provide staff with updates/ changes to policies, procedures and organizational goals
Additional Duties:
- Supervise the intake/discharge processes
- Facilitate and participate in weekly Treatment Team meetings to ensure implementation of treatment plans
- Assist with clinical services as needed to support staff; May include community meetings, client interventions, crisis intervention, and discharge planning
- Maintain and foster cooperative working relationships with a variety of referral resources and services, community organizations and criminal justice and social services agencies

Requirements:
- Licensed for over 2 years in California as a Psychologist, LMFT/LCSW/LPCC
- Exceptional clinical judgment
- Knowledge and experience in various therapeutic orientations and treatment modalities
- Knowledge of adolescence, mental health and other co-occurring disorders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive collaborative relationship among staff
- Experience in supervision and team management
- Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check
- Must be willing to interact with COVID-positive clients, as needed
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with adolescents, particularly those with mental health and substance abuse issues
- Experience in family therapy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
