Job Description: As CMS Imaging/Research Teller, you will work with your team to ensure the accuracy of processing cash/checks and resolve all customer’s request. Responsibilities: • Image checks and cash deposits for each customer assigned.
- Must be able to properly verify that cash/checks deposits were process accurately. • Must be able to balance all banks at the end of the day. • Monitor emails and keeping dialogue with team/lead/supervisor/manager. • Maintain accurate records of all customer request activities, must keep files properly stored.
- Other duties as assigned at the discretion of management. Requirements: • Strong research and investigative skills, ability to think critically, and ability to problem solve. • Ability to perform computer data entry. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with attitude to learn new software and systems.
- Must be able to lift and carry boxes. Working Conditions: • Full-time schedule consists of 40 hours per week • Work is performed in a room or work area within a vault with little or no exposure to outside light. Essential Functions/Job Qualifications As part of the qualification process for the Cash Management Services Teller position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required.
