CNA I US MT 007 Job at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital
Part time- 7:00pm to 7:00am night shift position, some weekend nights.
The Nursing Assistant is responsible for the care of patients as well as clerical and unit maintenance duties. The Monitor Tech is responsible for the set-up, record keeping, and monitoring of telemetry patients.
Education and Formal Training: High School graduate or equivalent. Current North Carolina Aide registry verified through the NC Healthcare Personnel Registry or Current North Carolina Nurses Aide registry listing verified through the N.C. Must complete and pass EKG Course within 30 days of hire. Current AHA CPR or obtained within 30 days of hire.
Work Experience: One year experience as Unit Secretary preferred and/or Nursing Assistant with additional training preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Knowledge of medical terminology. Completed EKG course and successful clinical experience reading telemetry within 160 hours.
