For over 60 years, Schellinger Construction has been the leading highway builder across Montana. We work primarily in Northwest Montana and provide a full range of services, including earthwork, trucking, gravel crushing, concrete supply, aggregate surfacing, culvert/pipe installation, asphalt paving, and retail aggregate supply (gravel, asphalt). Graduate Recruitment Overview

Our combination of family business culture, highway construction expertise, and diversity of project types make for a truly unique graduate experience. You will learn directly from our seasoned professionals, adding real-world experience to what you have learned in the classroom, and begin to build the foundation of your career at Schellinger Construction.

Our graduate program is designed for college students who are graduating within the next year. These students are typically graduating from degree programs in Mechanics.

Our core construction season starts in March and goes through to the end of October. We undertake the majority of our college recruiting in the fall and spring.

Schellinger Construction offers a diverse range of experiences. Graduates have the opportunity to pursue many different career paths at Schellinger Construction, including: road construction, diesel mechanic, paving, aggregate crushing, materials management, quality control, accounting, project coordination, equipment operation, pipe installation, grade setting, and engineering.
