Position: Business Development Manager
Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours
Compensation:
- Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission
- Medical, dental and vision coverage offered

- Cell phone and computer provided by company
- $65-75,000 base salary, plus commission based on experience
- Generate leads through insurance carriers, insurance agents, and insurance adjusters
- Promote all services offered by Paul Davis Restoration
- Build industry relationships while creating awareness for the Paul Davis Restoration brand
- Build strong relationships with insurance carriers, agents and adjusters through face to face visits and organized events.
- Organize and schedule a calendar of insurance customer visits
- Manage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP)
- Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM (Luxo), send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
- Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager
- Attend business networking functions to promote the business
- Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
- Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses
- Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up
- Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
- Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

- Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree
- Two or more years’ sales experience with the insurance industry
- Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement experience is a plus
