Construction Manager

Salary: $100,000 to $115,000

As a condition of employment this position requires that you regularly access sloped roofs for purposes of managing our sub-contractors and conducting quality control inspections. Roofs will generally be accessed via a ladder. ​

CM will be executing the budget drafted by PM, hiring and bidding on labor and vendors. Onsite all the time to keep a pulse on the project. Ideal Candidate will be running a 5 to 15MM commercial projects.

Must be able to execute all phases of commercial type projects (exterior - capital improvements / interior reconstruction work).

Mitigation background would be a bonus but not required.

Multi-family - Heavy construction knowledge required

Sound construction knowledge and/or building background required

Requirements

3+ years’ experience managing multiple trade sub-contractors, concurrently, on multifamily or similar commercial projects.

Must have strong attention to detail and ability to develop and manage a construction schedule.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Manager will interact with our clients in person, via email and over the phone.

Strong ability to follow procedures and complete necessary paperwork is a must.

Experience interfacing with government officials and enforcing compliance with governmental regulations.

Position reports to VP of Construction. Exposure to Xactimate, insurance restoration experience and IICRC Certification a plus but not required.

College degree preferred but not required with sufficient experience and solid references.
