Your responsibilities:
- Utilize tablet and applicable software to properly document jobs
- Successfully and respectfully communicate with contractors and employees on the worksite
- Adhere to quality and safety codes
- Have familiarity with the NEC code
- Work with Warehouse Manager to order required materials
- Perform work in a clean and professional manner
- Commit to your advancement
- All other duties assigned
What qualifications you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree is a plus
- Must have at least 4 years of experience
- Strong experience in commercial retail high-end office fit outs
- Prior supervisory/management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Journeyman License
- Provide your own tools
- Able to successfully pass a drug screening and background check
- A valid driver’s license
- A clean motor vehicle record
