Our growing Commercial Lending group is currently seeking a Full Time Commercial Lending Portfolio Manager to join their team. The Commercial Lending Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial loans and provides a high level of customer support by monitoring and supporting existing customer relationships. Providing analytical and credit oversight, the Commercial Portfolio Manager ensures that the overall portfolio performance and quality remains strong; actively communicating issues to the appropriate Commercial Lending Officers and working with customers directly on the resolution of issues. This individual will make recommendations and structure solutions that are consistent with and supportive of Bank’s credit standards. This position will be located in our Westford Branch and will also support multiple lenders within the North Central / Greater Chelmsford market.

Experience
Preferred- Qualified candidates: A minimum of three years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough knowledge of credit analysis, structuring and underwriting, credit monitoring and risk administration practices is required. Solid understanding of commercial lending concepts, practices, and procedures as well as an understanding of loan documentation is essential.
