Job Description
Our company seeks an energetic, driven and self-disciplined individual to join our Commercial Insurance and Management teams. In this position, one will work to develop, manage and expand relationships with current clients and pursue new business opportunities with qualified prospects.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional relationship-building skills, strong work ethic and outstanding time management abilities.
Salary Range: $80000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Maintain involvement in professional and civic organizations in the SW Florida region to develop new commercial business prospects; oversee the day-to-day needs of existing clients, with a particular focus on large renewals; mange the performance and career development of commercial lines team members.
Requirements
- A background with commercial underwriting on the carrier/broker side ideal, but several years' experience as a commercial producer in a a busy, retail agency strongly considered.
- Valid Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent license.
- Experience with agency management and/or CRM platforms.
- Strong, independent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain organized and detail-oriented.
- Above-average written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
