Commercial Real Estate Senior Property Manager

Executive Hills Management, Inc., one of Kansas City’s largest office real estate companies, is looking for an experienced Property Manager for a portion of our portfolio totaling over 1 million square feet. The successful candidate will receive a total compensation package ranging up to $100,000 per year. The chosen candidate will supervise maintenance and engineering staff, coordinate construction and remodeling projects, and maintain strong tenant relationships. As a key member of our property team, you will ensure our buildings maintain the highest possible standards and score highly in our internal inspection program.

Highlights include:

• Total compensation package includes base salary, full-time use of a company-owned vehicle and multiple bonus opportunities totaling up to $100,000 per year.
• Full-time position M-F 8:30-5:30 (additional time commitment required on rare occasions)

· Tuition reimbursement for pursuit of Real Estate Licenses

Qualifications include:

• At least 4 years of experience.
• CPM and/or RPA designation is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent communication and strong leadership skills are necessary.
