A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TEMPORARY COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING MANAGER
nAs a Temporary Communications and Marketing Manager, you are essential to our hospitality organization and community. Your job is to help ensure that members of our country club stay well-informed about our events and services. As part of your duties, you update and maintain content on the club website. You work closely with the F&B department to ensure that club event reservations and dining reservations are available and accurate. You also collaborate to create and update food menus and special event materials - things like table numbers and buffet tags. With attention to detail, you help to create promotional materials and make sure they've got a cohesive look to them.
nOur bi-monthly Fore Newsletter is one of our top forms of communication, and you oversee its production. You gather content and work closely with the editor to make sure all information is accurate. Goal-driven and innovative, you are always thinking of new ways to get the word out about our welcoming hospitality! You create and review all email communication sent out for various departments, monitor our Instagram account to ensure member-only access, publish stories and posts, and gather club photos for future advertising use.
nYou're a true team player. You take the time to keep our front desk staff informed of all member event details and changes to club operations. You're always willing to help them out as needed, whether that's fielding incoming calls, creating member event documents, or assisting with onboarding new members. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A TEMPORARY COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING MANAGER

- Ability to move and lift up to 25-50 lbs. n
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time n
Experience in the private club industry and a customer service background are preferred but not required. A communications and marketing degree or similar accreditation is ideal.
