Essential Duties and Responsibilities As A Community and Outreach Specialist:

• Enthusiastically educate customers about our program, services, and products to ensure they are fully informed
• Build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Maintaining necessary logs, lists, records, and current documentation required for new and existing account enrollments
• Answer questions from sales staff and customers regarding products and orders using information available
• Follow the enrollment eligibility criteria and process policy at all times
• Work collaboratively with fellow Community and Outreach Specialists to deliver the best customer experience and drive revenue sales to achieve enrollment goals
