Companion/Caregiver Job at Future Centered Care
Are you a student who would like to make a difference, earn money and get free housing? We are hiring a support professional(s) for an energetic, social young adult female with developmental disabilities.
We are looking for one or all of the following roles:
- live in support person 7 days/week
- live in weekend support
- day time weekend support

Companion/coach
Location: Bedford Hills, Westchester.
Rate: $25-30/hour (commensurate with experience)
Description: Looking for a companion/coach to support a fun, friendly 24 year-old woman with developmental delays. Seeking energetic, patient self-starter. A good position for someone with an interest in education, child development or occupational therapy.
Responsibilities include:
--Job/internship support
--Life skill training
--Recreation/hiking/activities
--Daily scheduling and support
Candidates must have access to a car, a clean driver record, non-smoker, good disposition.
A bit about us.. At Future Centered Care we provide social work services for adults with I/DD, including finding quality staff members to work 1:1 with our clients. We provide the staff with support and guidance as does the family of the client.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekend availability

- Bedford Hills, NY 10507: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Caregiving: 2 years (Preferred)
