We are seeking experienced Construction Laborers for our projects in Washington, DC. We offer a competitive wage based on experience and as well as other great benefits like health insurance, 401k, and Paid Leave.

Construction Laborer Daily Life

• Work outside in various weather conditions, both hot and cold.
• Walk, stand, twist, bend, and stoop for entire shift.
• Follow instructions of Foreman and Superintendent while working in a team setting.
• 40-hour work week with possible overtime.

Construction Laborer Must Haves

• Reliable transportation.
• At least one year of experience as a Construction Laborer.
• Knowledge of common safety practices on a construction site.
• Team player.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Construction Laborer Nice to Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience operating construction equipment (skid steer, telehandler, backhoe) or willingness/aptitude to learn to operate. (Possible advancement opportunities if these skills are developed!)
• Bilingual – Spanish/English

All candidates must pass a post-offer drug screen and physical.
