Clover Leaf is seeking a talented and experienced senior-level Project Manager to join our team. As our Project Manager, you will work closely with our Department of Energy client in Los Alamos, NM, and play a crucial role in the successful completion of all activities related to the construction of assigned projects at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL).

You will serve as a Construction Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning and budgeting to project execution and final delivery. This will involve managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and scope to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

As a Construction Manager, you will also play an integral role in the formulation and adherence to construction policies and programs for assigned projects. You will be responsible for providing technical direction, coordination, and direct line responsibilities for field construction, including maintaining and ensuring safety and security training, and compliance, and making safety and security an integral part of every task.

The Skills we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 20 years of experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning, directing, and coordinating functions of a designated project to ensure contract performance requirements and objectives are accomplished.
• Proven success in directing activities of personnel on a specific project.
• Past responsible for budget, schedule, and performance to monitor and control expenditures.
