We are looking for a project manager that can effectively run a project on a day-to-day basis while managing the direction and performance of all aspects of the project with the support of the project team. This position will be responsible for all financial aspects of the project and will ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the Industrial procedures.

Must be able to run multiple crews, read and understand full sets of engineered plans, log and keep track of all employee’s locations and times. Work with owners and engineers to facilitate and build great working relationships that will grow our company.

Responsibilities

· TERRITORY FOR THIS ROLE WILL BE THROUGHOUT WESTCHESTER COUNTY AND ALL SURROUNDING AREAS. Travel to Bay Shore, NY once per week will be expected.

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

· Will supervise a team to complete specific jobs (all types) and providing directions

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

· Must track and maintain the inventory of supplies and materials

· Materials are ordered and delivered in a timely manner to meet production schedule.

· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

· Report and escalate to management as needed

· Perform risk management to minimize project risks

· Visit customer site, gather footage required to prepare quotes to customers, send plans to and obtain approval from customers for jobs

· Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales

· Ability to read blueprints, and estimate/bid projects of varying size and scope

Requirements

· 5+ years’ experience in Project Management in construction related field.

· Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Construction Management, or other related disincline required.

· Competent in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.

· Proven success in delivering high quality projects on time and on budget

· Strong conceptual thinker; strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability; able to multi-task and work under pressure; strong verbal and written communication skills

· Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
