IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), is seeking a Consumer Inventory Specialist to join our team on site in Rancho Cordova, CA.
The Consumer Inventory Specialist is responsible to develop, implement and maintain clear proactive processes during the life cycle of a Consumer Sourced vehicle. Role will focus on cycle time reduction and effective internal communication of next step items needed to process a vehicle for sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively review new opportunities to resolve stagnant inventory or similar issues across all operations through inventory reporting. Identify solutions or recommend changes to the workflow or training.
- Participate in developing best practices for the Consumer Support Center to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time, focusing on quality of process and education to branches.
- Maintain up-to-date library of business rules, procedures, or reference materials.
- Evaluate aged inventory performance across all branches/title centers, identify performance deficiencies, and coordinate actions plans to improve.
- Work closely with Area Managers, Branch Managers, and Account Managers to identify opportunities and address customer problems and needs.
- Support providers with any escalated questions on proper title requirements.
- Maintain an organized workspace/area that is conducive to the overall success of the department.
- Learn and maintain working knowledge of multiple internal systems.
- Maintain clear, consistent, and timely email communication with both internal and external customers to resolve outstanding concerns and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Accurately enter system notes in a clear, concise, and professional written style of communication.
- Assist with other functions and/or duties as needed. Duties are subject to change, based on business needs.

California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $16.50 to $21.50 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.
