The Controller/Operations Manager is responsible for timely and accurate financial records and tracking cash flow and financial planning. This role will also provide accurate and timely financial records by managing the accounting function. Finally, they will drive the company's HR policies, maintain inventory control, and ensure that the business's systems support operations excellence.
This role is a critical role for DMOS and is a member of the senior management team.
Job Purpose
Accounting
- Keep the bank ledger and revenue recognition and statements balanced every day. The bank feed and the bank ledger should match daily.
- Given that DMOS is ecommerce - must be fluent in A2X and Shopify, Paypal, Amazon and revenue recognition and transaction matching with these systems.
- Keep A/R and A/P up to date and correct.
- Manage sales and use tax returns
- Procure business licenses
- Ensure DMOS's annual reports and filings are done
- Maintain the company's ERP system for the SKUs and the Bill of Materials/COGS
- Drive inventory planning and forecasting
- Create financial and cash flow statements
- Help DMOS grow a local banking relationship

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
