What does success look like?

• Support the manufacturing process with engineering needs- engineering changes/improvements.
• Initiate and implement changes consistent with continuous process improvement.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls problems.
• Maintain weld and plasma cut quality through robot programming and automatic weld instruction
• Develop drawings and specifications for equipment modifications.
• Support factory workers with troubleshooting PLC software and hardware
• Support Shop Floor Workers in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) through training and troubleshooting.

What you will bring:

• 2 year degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology
• 5 years manufacturing troubleshooting and engineering support of automated process(PLC, electrical controls and drives, and power circuits of up to 480 v)

Suggested Skills:

• AUTOCAD
• PLC Software (RSLogix5, 500 and 5000, Siemens S5)
• Robotic software and programming
• Electrical troubleshooting skills
• HMI Software and programming
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to multi-task
