We have a fantastic culture with amazing, supportive coworkers! Our Headquarters is located in the beautiful Florida Panhandle area of Miramar Beach. We also have a location in the mountains of Salt Lake City Utah and the rolling hills of Brentwood, TN. This is an on-site, in-the-office, be-around-other-humans position. The dress code is pretty relaxed, so wear whatever you feel comfortable in (within reason). This position is in our Brentwood, TN office.

We’re searching for a Copywriter to create clear, concise copy for ads, newsletters, press releases, social media presence, and everything in between for clients in the financial industry. Your words will inform and engage target audiences and aid in overall creative initiatives from the marketing department.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, team player, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup workplace. Some experience is necessary, but there’s plenty of room to develop here for someone with the right mix of talent and drive.
Marketing Copywriter responsibilities:
Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice.
Interpret creative briefs to understand project requirements.
Collaborate with designers, email marketers, social media marketers, and other creative professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns, landing pages, ads, social media posts, newsletters, Letters from the CEO...)
Conduct high-quality research and interviews when required for the scope of the assignment.
Edit and proofread copy as needed.
Use SEO principles to maximize the reach of our copy where applicable.
You will need:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
Proven experience as a copywriter or related role (samples please)
Knowledge of online content strategy and creation benchmarks
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Experience writing for at least one of the following preferred: SEO, Social Media, Email
Strong research skills
Creativity
Collaborative spirit
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
