Court Clerk Job at Wheatland Town Court
The Town of Wheatland has a part time opportunity to serve as a Court Clerk to the Wheatland Town Justice. The interview and decision to hire is made by the Judge with the Town Board setting salary. Responsibilities include: preparation of reports; communication with outside agencies and response to inquiries (in-person, phone or email); and to assist the Justice during court proceedings. Personal strength in the areas of: ability to function without direct supervision; an understanding of the value of customer service; reliability; discretion; attention to detail; experience; and the ability to use Microsoft Office will all be considered during the interview process.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
